I. The Patients in the City Border

For the convenience of patients in the city, the leader of our hospital put forward the family service. The patients who live near our hospital and are difficult in walking may make a call to our hospital to consult patient's conditions, and we will send medical staff to patient’s family according to the patient’s need.

II. The Patients from Other Places in the Country

Considering inconvenience of patients coming to Beijing from other places in the country, patients or their dependents may make a call to our hospital to inform the detailed patients’ conditions, recent symptoms and test consequences to doctors in our hospital or fax to the tumor department of our hospital directly. The member in the expert group will consult every patient’s condition, study out the best treatment plan, then call back to the patient or fax it to the patient.

III. Service on the Internet

Establishing and reinforcing the service on the internet are important jobs in our hospital. We have special personnel to deal with computer and internet job, which can publish new medical treatment project, receive E-mails from the patinets. The expert group led by professor Xie Jizeng will check every patient’s E-mail, examine and verify the answer E-mails, do their best for every patient.

IV. Hospitalized patients

The inpatient department of our hospital receives patients from all over the country and overseas. Considering they have different eating habit, our hospital set up a kitchen to meet the drink and eat requirements of patients from everywhere and the kitchen is governed by special personnel. Our hospital’s degermation is strict. We can also decoct traditional Chinese drugs for the patients.

V. Airport Pick-up Service

Consider that the patients from other places in the country and overseas are not familiar with the traffic in Beijing, our hospital put forward the airport pick-up service in order to prevent the patients from going astray. Just tell us your serial number of train or plane and the time you arriving or leaving Beijing, we will arrange the bus to pick-up or see off.
