Health Bureau of Chongwen District launched nursing skill competition, 26 distinguishing nurses of earlier stage nursing basic examination, by drawing lots, in a circle, finished the three courses of non-bacteria skill operation, bare-handed lung and heart resuscitation, and hermetic intravenous injection. Finally, Dai Jing and Liu Liling from our hospital won the second and the third awards for skilled action and standard operation. On May 12, 2008, at the afternoon, in the hall of No. one building of our hospital, we held the commendation meeting and the Nursing skill competition to celebrate the May 12 International Nurse Day. Managers, all the nurses and medical workers of our hospital attended the meeting. Xie Haitao hosted the meeting; Wang Dasheng made am important speech. Two winners are awarded in the meeting. Chief Wang awarded the certificates and bonus to the winners.

Vice-chief, Wang Dasheng expressed cordial festival greetings to the nurses who were always contributing in the first line of clinical but unknown to the public, hard working during days and nights. He affirmed the achievements of their nursing work, and asked the nursing staffs to cultivate the service attitudes towards the patients, serve the patients carefully and show the utmost solicitude, strive to do the nursing work towards the patients, clinical and society. He emphasized that we must strengthen the construction of the nursing staffs, enhance the quality of the nursing staffs, and strengthen the management of nursing and the management level, work hard to establish a good relationship between medical staffs and patients, make a greater contribution to the construction of a harmonious society and the success of the Olympic Games.
